At Pyramid Nutrition Coaching, our mission is to deliver a holistic approach to weight loss and wellbeing, by embedding a personalised habit framework to serve our clients for a lifetime.
We deliver this through one to one nutrition coaching, first identifying the unique goals of each client, and then planning a strategy to achieve these goals over a 12 week Total Transformation programme.
Our belief is that the majority of diets do not deliver long term results because they are:
- Too rigid, e.g. a specific meal plan, cutting out entire food groups, or extreme levels of deprivation,
- They focus only on the short term fix, e.g. 4 week crash diets, and not in providing the tools and techniques to support long term health and wellness goals
Having spent years being dissatisfied with my physique, and having tried every manner of weight loss imaginable, I finally found health and fitness in my 30s, having worked in a senior level corporate job my whole life.
I completely understand the challenges of spending 90% of the day sitting (or commuting), having little time or energy to cook a nutritious meal, and no inclination to meal prep or exercise. I know the feeling of needing a constant supply of caffeine to keep me going through the day, and gradually getting a little heavier with each passing year, despite constant attempts to diet.
What I didn’t know was that with the right nutrition, I could lose weight and keep it off, whilst providing my body with all the energy it needed to perform at my best. By gradually adding small healthy habits, I was able to eat all the food I love, and achieve the best physique of my life, despite my late start in life.
I started going to the gym, reluctantly at first, but over time it became a source of enjoyment!
10,000 steps a day, which I had always written off as impossible due to my long work hours, became something I did without a second thought.
Cutting down to 3 cups of coffee, which was truly unthinkable, happened completely organically, without me even trying.
I founded Pyramid Nutrition Coaching to help people just like me – professional people who would love to achieve the physique of their dreams, perform at their best every day, and elevate their confidence and self belief to levels which were previously unattainable.
I am living proof that anyone can attain the results they desire, so blending my decades of professional experience in performance management coaching, with my knowledge and experience in nutrition and wellbeing, I now provide tailored one to one coaching for people looking to achieve long term success.
